We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join our ʻohana in Hawaiʻi. We are looking for a strategic thinker to provide marketing and content support for our internal aio companies/brands and external aio clients and advertisers.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and content strategies for aio companies/brands, external aio clients and advertisers and other community initiatives in which we are involved.
  • Assess client organizational & marketing goals, target audiences, and develop custom marketing plans and strategies.
  • Manage advertising budgets and handle ad buys for internal aio companies/brands and external clients across multiple industries to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Analyze web, social, video, email and other marketing analytics and develop strategies based on these metrics.
  • Provide project & account management and support as needed and ensure deadlines are met and deliverables meet/exceed client expectations.
  • Manage a team of marketing and content creation professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support as needed.
  • Ability to product manage deliverables working closely with creative, development, marketing and content teams.
  • Oversee P&L, generate new business and be a front-facing representative of aio.
  • Collaborate and meet regularly with aio company/brand leadership.
  • Stay current on new digital marketing trends and develop strategies to incorporate them into current marketing initiatives.
  • Concept, create, and deliver pitches in-person to internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Performing other duties as deemed necessary by business and market conditions

Qualifications:

  • Proven record of developing and executing successful marketing and content strategies.
  • Experience managing a team of marketing and content creation professionals.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee and manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to inform decision-making.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics and best practices, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and email marketing.
  • Ability to bring in new business and retain existing accounts.
  • Must be able to work in-person.
  • Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to concept, create and deliver compelling pitches in-person.

Fulfillment Associate, Hawaii Distribution Center, Inc.

Job Summary

Drive a light vehicle, such as a truck or van, with a capacity of less than 18,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), primarily to deliver or pick up merchandise or packages. May load and unload the vehicle. Perform warehouse duties such as inventory management and order
fulfillment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Essential Driver Duties

  • Load and unload packages and goods from the delivery vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communicate with customers to confirm deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pickups.
  • Carry up to 60 lbs of weight to fulfill delivery orders.
  • Verify the contents of inventory loads against shipping papers.

Essential Warehouse Duties

  • Receiving and processing incoming materials and stock which would require a basic comfortability with Microsoft Word and Excel Spreadsheets.

Board Operator, ESPN Honolulu

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

If you love sports and want to be involved with live sports radio broadcasts, apply for a position as a board operator for ESPN Honolulu and CBS 1500. We are hiring an on-call board operator in our downtown Honolulu studio supporting live radio broadcasts of sporting events and sports talk radio programs. This position reports to the Program Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate our state-of-the-art broadcast studio equipment to carry out live radio programs
  • Cue on-air talent for the scheduled radio broadcast elements including commercial breaks, live remotes, guest interviews and listener phone calls
  • Answer listener phone calls and place calls on air
  • Play pre-recorded content including music, commercials, public service announcements, recorded interviews, or scheduled news feeds and traffic alerts
  • Ensure all broadcasts comply with FCC regulations
  • Assist with radio remote broadcasts

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proficiency with audio equipment, audio processing, and Microsoft Office 365 applications

PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience with broadcast radio or TV production

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

This position is an on-call position with a varying work schedule (subject to change). Compensation is $15/hour.
